This meme uses IP logging on a temporary basis when the mods feel it's necessary to contain wank or trolling attempts.
There are other anon memes that use IP logging 24/7. It is not at all in opposition to the point of an anon meme. And we really can't figure out who you are from your IP address. What we can do is see that someone with the IP address ABC is spamming a thread or trolling, in which case we'll screen everything showing IP:ABC instead of judging things based on comments and maybe only catching them half the time. Nobody's anonymity is jeopardized, here.
